About McIntyre Creek Canyon:

This is a small climbing area within Whitehorse City Limits. McIntyre Creek Canyon offers dramatic views, and even though limited to one small crag, is well worth the short hike in. There are routes here for the intermediate and above climber, and they are fairly clean and somewhat challenging. A great place to go, even if it is just for a short evening climb or boulder.
Nearest town or city: Whitehorse
Directions: Heading north on the Alaska Highway by Whitehorse, turn left on Fish Lake Road, between the Two Mile Hill Access Road and the Whitehorse Dump Road. Continue about 3KM to a small reservoir, easily visible on your left. Turn in and follow the road to where it ends and park. There is an easy hike in through the brush, paralleling Fish Lake Road back in the direction you drove in from.
