6 pitches (9, 11c, 11b, 10+, 11b, 7). Stellar route, the easiest overhung multi-pitch.
To descend: Climb down the left (West) side of the summit block to the top anchors onto 'Fit for Life'. The first person to descend must clip the single rope through all the bolts in order to reach the anchor on the ledge. Remember to tie the end of the rope to the anchor. The second person then ties on the other rope and rappels on two ropes to retrieve the quickdraws. Once level with the ledge, pull in the other fixed rope. Use this method or wind up dangling hopelesly in space. For added safety, bring a set of prusicks or ascenders and etriers.

A stellar route, perhaps my favorite at Portrero. We rapped the route after not seeing the alternate anchors, which meant I had to clip one line in as I went for my partner. Very tedious and somewhat scary. Still an amazing piece of rock, though.
