2 pitches (5.7, 5.9) up large crack. Summits Grand Spire with a short 3rd pitch. Rap from the anchors of the second pitch STRAIGHTdown. Dont try to rap following your route. You will be rapping over the top of Getting Wood, so be sure no one is on Getting wood before descent.

This was not a fun climb
It's awkward, chossy in spots, run out between bolts and not at all fun. I thought both pitches were harder than the 10's we did the day before. The second pitch is sustained and awkward. I have read all of the comments below, I seem to be the only one that thought this was harder than the 9 rating. Perhaps my offwidth skills are lacking?
