About Pico De Orizaba:

A snow capped volcano Northeast of Mexico City. This is the 3rd highest peak in North America. Mountaineering routes up glacier to peak. Several ice climbs on the mountain form in some years. The peak is 5611 meters. About 18,600 feet.

Nearest town or city:	Orizaba
Directions:	Travel to the city of Puebla. From there take a bus to the city of Tlachichuca. In Tlachichuca, hire a 4-wheel vehicle to take you to Piedra Grande where there is a climber's hut and a reliable water sourse.
