Welcome to Alabama! There's plenty of climbing here, whether you're planning on hitting Sandrock, Horse Pens 40 "Where else can friction grab up endless slabs, crimp out solid roofs, slap for that devious sloper, and finish the day with a cold one at the restaurant just yards from the boulders?", or Moss Rock Preserve (a.k.a. Shades Crest Boulderfields), there's plenty to go around! So if you plan on driving through, plan on sticking around for a few days and enjoy yourself on our playground here!
