Adam Henry watched me clean n do it 1st.
Start hands about chest high/feet left under/go to left side pull,then to arching eyebrow sidepull,pull hard with both hands,then bring right foot up to start handhold,then rock up and slap for small sloper/high-middle with left hand and finish to right!
