About Sandrock (Cherokee Rock Village):
This place is huge, both concentrated and spread out, you could almost never run out of climbable rock. If you think you're done, walk toward the lake, and across the ridge line, you are bould to find more clean sandstone. |

Directions: | Located off of I459 at the Collinsvile exit, right at the first light, left at the second, drive for a while, take a right at the old run down corner, (gas station, video store, and unkown building)(you will see rock on the left after you turn onto the right road), follow this road to the left onto Cherokee Rock village (about a mile and a half), follow the dirt to the right and to the paking lot. |
