About Harding Icefield:
| A lifetimes worth of glacial travel and peaks to climb. Familiarity with glacier travel and rescue is a must, and storms sweep the icefield quite regularly. Expect whiteout conditions a few times every month of the year. A spectacular setting for some basic alpine work. Small Nunataks (buried peaks) poke up everywhere through the ice, and can make for some exciting summit experiences. |
