Description:
Start about 40 feet to the right of the Witblitz gully and climb the left side of a detached slab to an offwidth heading out a small roof (Rawhide variation---5.9). DO NOT climb the offwidth, instead go right up the curving crack to a belay on a small ledge among some boulders. Make a face move to a ledge leading left, then follow some pins up the face to a roof with a crack out the right side which is followed to a belay at the base of a right leaning dihedral. Ascend this (crux), to a hanging belay before the crack closes out. Follow a short crack out right and make a tough face move to gain the rest of the dihedral, then traverse right to belay at the base of another right-facing dihedral. Climb this to a roof, traverse right to a crack and surmount the overhang here, leading up a crack and face to another short right-facing dihedral which is climbed to a belay at the base of a sharp flake beneath a steep groove. Follow the groove to a small roof, go around to the right and call it a day. Long, difficult route with some routefinding involved.
