Prescott, AZ is blessed with a ton of high-quality granite boulders spread out around town... A curious climber can stumble upon some great boulder lines on the western outskirts of town. Keep your eyes peeled for piles of boulders and rocky outcrops while driving west on Oregon or North on Gail Gardener. Fun hand, fist and off-width cracks and face climbs await the patient boulderer with a keen eye for spotting good rock.. Cramer's guide is an excellent source of information for in-town bouldering - it's a must have reference. Please be wary of private property and respect all no-trespassing signs - with continued aggressive development throughout Prescott our in-town boulders are being blown up to make room for new houses! They won't last long folks!
