About The Drip:

(THIS CRAG IS ACCESSED THRU PRIVATE PROPERTY AND IS CLOSED INDEFINITELY) The latest Limestone Crag being developed in the Dripping springs region. Sister Crags include, Homestead, ElCap Canyon, and the Reef. This crag has seen a development spurt prompted by the Forest Fires of 2002. First located as climbable by John Rosholt, Bryce Snyder, and JBone, there is potential for over 200 routes here in a relatively condensed area. With higher elevation and a north-east facing cliffline this can be an enjoyable destination even during the summer. Much of the climbing is relatively new though so rockfall may exist, please be aware of the hazards at wilderness crags, even sport ones.
Nearest town or city: Winkleman
Directions: Take the Deer Farm road turnoff at Dripping Springs off the Hwy 77 between Globe and Winkleman. go across the wash staying right as the road splits and follows the fence next to the Deer Farm. after a sharp left you pass one home then head up a hill to the 1st gate.
