Description:
THis is an apparent newer bolted line just to the right of Pleasant Dreams. I've seen nothing written on this anywhere, so I figured I'd add it here as I've climbed it numerous times. Has a nice, slightly over-hanging but very juggy start. Follow the line of bolts up and to the right side of the Sun Tower. It just keeps moving up through solid ledgy stances until you get to the top. Anchors are, of course, just to the right of anchors for Pleasant Dreams. Who put up this route? I'm thnking the route must be somewhere between a 5.7 and a 5.8, cause I can climb it with ease and have never fallen on this one!! From scm: Sunshine Daydream should be the right name. I met the guy who put it up (sorry don’t remember his name) a week after it was put up. I agree with 5.8 but the guy thought 5.7. By the way, A Cheap Way to Fly calls this area Son Tower, not Sun Tower. It was named Son Tower after Leo Henson and Karin Olson.

Fun climb, Good scenery
Was feeling good on Pleasant Dreams, so figured I would boulder around on this, I ended up soloing it to anchors and using top rope setup on Pleasant Dreams to rappel.

First Ascent-Sunshine Daydream 5.6
For the Record, I'm pretty sure this is the correct ascent date. I decided to bolt this line to add a low or moderate climb to the area. The climb is about 75 ft., starts 5.7 boulderish & finishes in an open book, on an Arete. I placed bolts (about 8) at natural stances, and designed it for beginning lead climbers. Friends enjoy the route, even though it is not very technically dificult. This is a super fun route to warm up on, or if you haven't led in a while, or to expose new climbers to the sport. Have Fun!
