About Rock Tank:
| Part of area may be private, it looks like state land on maps w/Boulders At Skyrise development adjacent to east. Their fence ends and a dirt road takes you into the area behind the sign. The developer plans on building on 34 acres and leaving 160 acres open w/trails. Hopefully the rocks will remain accessible to all especially if we have a positive impact on the area prior to further development. |

| Directions: | To get there from Phx, go south from Florence Junction for @ 18 miles to Florence-Kelvin Hwy. Turn east on a paved road that becomes a good dirt road for 16 miles and you will see the rocks just past the turnoff to Cochran. A rough dirt road gets you inside, it is just before the fence begins along the Hwy. |
