Description:

Start at base of Owl Rock's east face. Scramble up boulder until possible to clip bolt, then step onto face. Climb up and move left until possible to step out onto main face. Climb to top past some large chicken heads. Excellent route on beautiful rock.

3 out of 5 stars Night Stalker

Harder than it looks! My first route of the new year and last route at Cochise. An enjoyable short outing after five days of long approaches and multipitch climbing.

5 out of 5 stars _

Good introduction to climbing at Cochise - some interesting pro, some though-provoking sections. The crux is probably the moves right off the ground (bolt protected).

5 out of 5 stars Slippery when wet

It had rained about an hour earlier pretty hard so the bottom was wet and slick but the rest was an awesome route. You need extendable draws and some gear unless you are insane. I would love to get on this again when it was dry and not so scary. Got stuck in a driving wind rainy hailstorm on the top. That sucked.
