5 out of 5 stars Flying Elvis

One of the coolest routes to climb anywhere! Climbing this thing on TR in the rain before we bolted it was so cool. Parts of it were wet, maybe the bottom section but the top was dry allowing us to play for the day! Fun route and memorable times!
*NOTE*
Recently people have been adding fixed chain draws to this route and others at Cave Creek. These things are not needed and are unsightly totally steeling the beauty from this area and the routes. Please do not add fixed chains to routes at Cave Creek.

5 out of 5 stars I'm not sure about the exact date, i guess it was 1994 or so

but after getting rained out at magazine, I immediately thought of this wall to play on in the rain. I rapped down and placed gear to keep me into the wall and then toproped it several times. Marion wouldn't let me bolt it until I proved that it would go. The next day, after I got hit by a bolt hanger in the top of the head, Tony M. bolted the thing to the top. It was his first time to bolt anything. I thought of the name on the way home. Two weeks later, I redpointed it first try.
