About Lake Ouachita Cliffs (Deep Water Solo):

**These cliffs are found on the lake. You can only get there by boat!!!!** This small section of cliffs offers at least 15+ different lines going up to about 50-60 feet(depending on lake level). The cliffs are straight vertical to slightly overhanging.(hard to tell by the photo) Most climbs are easy but there are a few harder ones maybe in the 5.9+ area, maybe harder. The area is popular for people jumping off the cliffs. There are signs saying NO DIVING but no signs about no jumping or climbing. As far as getting in trouble for climbing or jumping I can't say. The water is very deep at the cliff base but ALWAYS check for objects. I AM NOT IMPLYING THAT ANY CLIMBING OR JUMPING AT THIS AREA WONT GET YOU IN TROUBLE. Have fun!

Directions: To get to this area you must go by boat! Takes about 10 minutes. First obtain a map of Lake Ouachita. From Lake Ouachita State park go west towards the dam. At point 50 overlook make a left and head towards the dam. Take a left at point 1 sign. The cliff is hard to miss. It will be on your right and is before the Spillway Resort Marina and the dam.
