Yep, like other ascents have noted, this is a crumbly route and you should be very cautions pulling hard on any flakes - least they come off in your hands. (as they did in mine)
I don't know if 5.10b is an accurate rating for this any longer, what with all the flakes pulling off, but it is fun.

Crumbly...but fun
You have to take this one for what it is...a crumbly, and balancey climb, where any hold may break off and leave you hanging from your harness. That's why I enjoyed it!

This route is a pile. Good moves, but very hollow and flaky rock. Whoever put it up should have their head examined.
