Description:

Up short finger crack to a low ledge, then up and left under a roof, then up a dihedral to the top. There is no anchor atop this route as noted in the Mammoth guidebook by Lewis/Moynier. Easy scramble though across top to climber's left to the rap anchor atop Locals Only (115', with a 70 m, as in a 60 m rope will NOT get you back to the ground). There is another bolted rap anchor off to the north side that is doable with a shorter rope, leading down to 4th class downscramble.)

Descent Options:

Rap 115' with a 70 m, or another rap with shorter rope + 4th class downscramble.

3 out of 5 stars Great route!

This is a fun route with great protection. It can be climbed straight up and left under the roof continuing left to the far anchors. Note: you will have to have someone follow you to clean the gear. I got hailed on durring this climb.
