Description:

This is the obvious corner crack in the first large section of rocks on the right as you come into Deadman. Boulder it if you dare, but have lots of pads at the bottom. I toproped it off gear I placed at the top. There is a picture of this classic crack in John Sherman's "Stone Crusade".

5 out of 5 stars sweet

Onsight

fingers in the crack, stem the dihedral. The crux is cleared after the first 20 feet or so. From there it's V0 ish, check your head and shoot for the top.

4 out of 5 stars good corner

the crux is lower down so it's perfectly safe to boulder.

5 out of 5 stars Heck yeah

One of the best boulder problems ever! Forget the toprope, a good pad protects the crux well (trust me, I fell a few times before sticking it!!)
