Starts with the standard Positive Vibes/Sunspot Dihedral ramp system, or if your more adventurous you can try Croft's Power Ranger start with goes at 11+ (look for the hard looking "crack" with 4 bolts to the right of the standard start.) Continue up PV until you get the the big ledge system and work your way to the right aiming for the prominent left facing corner system that leads to the "Venturi". Now climb a 5.8 corner to a belay with one old bolt and gear. Continue up the corner until you can move to the splitter crack on the left which goes at 5.10+. This ends just below the "sea serpent" a inset flake that looks scary but is pretty fun. Climb this and keep in the corner until you can move right into a cool stemming section with 1 fixed pin (it's not that bomber, but you can get a good piece near it) and up to the long right facing "enduro" corner. Gun the corner and it's easy climbing to the top.

Descent Options:

Rap Venturi Effect with one 80 meter rope or equivalent or top out and rap into the decent gully.
