Turn off Route 395 onto Rock Creek Road at Tom's Place. Follow Rock Creek Road to the Chickenfoot Lake trailhead and parking at the end of the road. Take the trail along the lakes following signs for Morgan Pass, then veer onto a lesser trail for Gem Lakes. Follow the trail up the talus toward Dade Lake, and around the left side, then up more talus to the saddle at the base of the ridge. |
