Description:
Do first piich of West face. Head left after exiting the 5.8 arching handcrack to a bolted belay. Head straight up from there for the crux...11b R to a rest then 12b fingers and thumb stacks to a bolted belay. Last pitch is a slab to a steep wide handcrack.Descent Options:
Rap the route w/ one 70m rope or two shorter ones.

great crack
wish I had time to lead it. Would probably traverse in from above the initial roof, rather than do the sketchy .11 R section. Awesome splitter, tronsite!

Mmmmm.... splitter finger crack!
Bring small nuts for the 5.11b R section. I think if you throw enough of the little guys in, you can make it significantly safer. I followed this clean earlier in the month. What a beautiful climb!
