This gorgeous alpine wilderness is bordered on the west by Goddard Ck. The eastern boundary is the Middle Fork of the Kings River and the Dusy Fork forms the southern boundary. The northern boundary is the Goddard Divide which runs from Mt. Goddard to Mt. Wallace in the east. There are thousands of possibilities in this area and The Citadel is one of the most dramatic granite walls in the Sierra(see photo). You can reach this area by taking Bishop Pass above South Lake.
