I thought the pitches were a little more chossy than I was told, made things scary. The 10c OW pitch was hard for me and I fell a few times at the crux. All the hard OW climbing w/ altitude makes this one hell of an ascent. We didnt simul climb and it came out to 17 or so pitches.

Awesome Summit
I'm a little late adding this ascent, but what an awesome peak it was. Climbed with Marc and Mike, they took the crux pitches, I sent the toaster [down]! Absolutely beautiful summit, and helluva adventure!

Onsight ascent by:
a dream realized
party of 3, didn't start til 830; we simul-belayed followers. Mike took a glancing hit to the hip by a toaster sized rock but was ok after the screaming stopped. cruxes didn't seem that bad. didn't need the #4 or #5 we carried. descent down the Whitney Mountaineers Rt went well as the snow was quite soft.
