Jumping or folding up crash pads grants access to an obviously chalked-up rail. From there hit the crimps on a 45 degree (or less) face to the lip, then to a next-to-nothing crimp just underneath the big and obvious crack at the top. Rated about V12/V13. Only ascents I know of are Chris Sharma (FA) and Ethan Pringle repeating.
