Description:

High on the northern aspect of Jerry's Quarry sits this absolute gem of a crack. As you skirt the right side of Jerry's Quarry keep looking up left. When you see Equinox, it will be obvious. Climbing is characterized by locker fingers with thin smeary features for your feet. There is a distinct technical crux, but endurance will also play into your send attempt. This route can be as painful as it is beautiful, so use tape. Enjoy.

If you tape, you better have pencils for fingers. Do it without tape, it will be easier.

Yeah, I tried to onsight this and brought WAY too much gear. I will lead it next time with like five tcus. The gear is bomber. Hiked it on TR next try; but unfortunately didn't have enough light to lead it again. Bummer.

Have 1 hanged this route but have not tried to lead it. May be the finest crack line I have ever seen. I say this having climbed extensively in Yosemite and Indian Creek. Must try to lead soon.
