Description:
Obvious roof crack with distinct thread through hole at lower right. Clearly visible from trail. Worm through the hole or grab the bottom and mantle onto the hole (staying on the outside), and reach for the OW crack above the roof that leads to easier climbing to the top. this is further back on the bigger of the Mounds, west-facing, as in afternoon sun. Approach by walking up the far right side and back left across top of huge ledge.Descent Options:
Walk to climber's right and rap off the anchors for Behind the Green Doors.

Deep Throat
One of the more interesting routes in the entire park. I did the roof on lead and then did the hole on top rope. Hole is the way to go I think. Tricky off width section. Lie back into a slab move sort of to get out of it. Doing the hole is just awesome...this is what Jtree is all about, screwing around with unique features. Only had one 5 and 4 so just ran the rest of it out, real easy ground after the initial roof section. Rap off climbers right.
