The Blob
About The Blob:
|
Located on the West side of the campground, near the North End. To descend, if topping out on The Bong, walk to climber's left to find a jug line that goes down and left circling counterclockwise into a hollow and then stemming down into the gully that leads further around back to the base of that route. Also possible to walk over the top to far side to where Buissonier tops out, traverse to climber's left from there and slightly down to downclimb an easy squeeze chimney with slick face but good holds, then scramble down to gully and exit right or left to base of Buissonier. There may be rap slings around one of the big chock boulders next to Papa and Mama Woolsey, if not removed. Or just downclimb Beginner's One or Two. |
