About Cow Rock, Upper:

Higher of the Cow Formations across from Savvy Dome, along the trail that branches north from the RHV trail loop at its north end near the Brown Wall. East-facing, afternoon shade. Area is also known as The Land That Time Forgot.
Approach: Easier and faster to approach from RHV parking lot than from pullouts along Park Blvd.
