About Super Slab:
| Large obvious south facing slab which can be seen once you go over the small rise in the trail. A large block sits atop the formation. Upper area is rotting granite, but lower area has several mixed climbs. |
| Approach: | Follow the trail from the parking lot towards willow hole. after about 3 miles the trail will mor or less be a washed out sandy river bank. Follow until it narows again and goes over a low rise. It will open up again and you will see a large grey slab formation on the left, approach towards the middle up a faint climbers trail that disappears into the boulders at the base... class 3 scramble to the base of the climbs, class 4 or 5 if you screw it up. Overall Approach is about 3.7 miles |
