great beginner, summit route, but continue the ridge proper for as long as possible, simul climb the best way to cover ground and finish efficiently. the ridge goes , as far as ya can go and make it back to camp! just fun fun endurance climbingDescent Options:
follow mountaineer's route on southwest side of buttress, rap rings and slings leaves litter! mountaineers route means walk off....take your gear with ya, cleaned a mess this weekend, keep tahoe blue!

fun back country route, mellow and a lil dirty rock from low traffic and the big winter! still snow patches up there in late july! and mosquitoes everywhere, mainly this year from the heavy snow, late melt, late blood suckers
