Description:

Starts at the southwest toe of Split Rock. Face/arete climbing; 5.9 passing 2nd bolt; 5.9 passing 4th bolt. Don't grab block to right of 5th bolt (might peel; dangerous!). Mantle across the Split. 5.8 face climbing to anchors. Need 2 ropes to TR but can rap with one rope down the west face.

Descent Options:

Rap or lower.

4 out of 5 stars Bound to be a classic.

Probably 150' long, and 5.9. Crux moves are on face in lower portion. The move across the Split is more intimidating than hard (5.7). Enjoyable and mixed climbing, a bit easy right at the top. Needs a few more ascents to get the remaining scruff off the rock.
