The Oceanside has two established routes. The right one is bolted for lead. Couple of other variations to the left route can be done. And an additional TR off of the arete that may be tricky to rig.
Update: there are 3 sets of anchors up top now. Left, middle, and right. 5.10c/d .10b, and .10a respectively. The left climb has the crack variation. Its beginning does have an overhung section that people try. The middle route is straight up and hang a left near the roof, or veer slightly right and then to the anchors. The left roof way is the usual way most people do the middle route. And lastly the right route is well-established, up the flake.
