Fun mix of routes, can be seen from the main Park Loop across a large field. Stairway leads to the top.
Approach: Park on the side of the road before the split and follow a trail through the grass.

Access Issues: I don't know if dogs are allowed, but I had mine running around and no one bothered me. Certain rocks are closed to climbing so just be aware.
