About Sunset Boulders:

"The Sunset Boulders" lie in a quiet pasture overlooking a lonely stretch of beach. It was the first climbing area on the Sonoma Coast, also the first bouldering area and it is still the most popular. Because of its easy access and short top ropes this is a great place for beginners as well as hardcore boulderers. The rock is crimpy, sharp, and solid with good incut edges and slopers.
