if you're already at the base just lead it....save time from walking around to set top rope...place one cam on the boulder and run it out to the top on that easy 5.4 leback/hand traverse

i don't know about boulder.... i hear ppl just use a spotter and crash pad, i was plenty glad to set a trad anchor at the top and top rope it...

Ascent Note
A bit awkward getting on top of the candy corn shaped boulder on the bottom of this route (FYI, if you can't reach both sides of it it can be harder than 5.7). I went up the knife edge flake to the right (the easy way), but a harder variation is the avoid the flake and go straight up the knobs in the middle (probably 5.9+ or 5.10-).
