Crux is getting over the obvious bulge in the beginning. High, spread feet and a right side pull set you up for your left hand to crest the bulge. Very easy afterwards. One move I felt was harder (more powerful) than other NJC 10c's but the rest is easier.
I'm 5' 10'' and it didn't feel like a 5.10c to me since I was able to reach the hold above the hueco (barely) without leaving the leadge, but I can definitely see where this route's difficulty would jump up much higher if you're shorter.
