Description:
Around the corner of Castle Rock from the Beak, in a cave up behind the Spoon: Stand start with one hand on the arete at eye level and one hand on a low face hold, then climb the arete. There is also a slightly easier problem that starts with both hands on the arete, left hand high. In either case the non-attached stone at your feet is off.

took me three sessions to get this one but I have finally defeated duct tape! If you can hold the swing when going up with the left hand its in the bag.
