Fun climb
Second time out outdoor technical rock climbing so this was a good one. Had to cheat for the initial 5.10a part (seemed more like a V4 boulder problem) but the rest was awesome.

Onsight ascent by:
scary lead
rapped from the obs deck pillar closest to the falls (back-up on the tree.) better to rap off the other side next time, as the rope got a little wet at the bottom. did the direct start. had no beta, besides word of mouth saying it was 5.8. thought, damn, that's way harder than 5.8. felt like 5.11. first route of the day. those first few moves were not the best warm up. awesome mono pocket after the first bolt. was able to set a .5 C4 in the first big pocket towards the top. wasted time on the second big pocket though. nothing would fit right, not even the tri-cams i had. then i looked up and saw the next bolt was only another 6 feet up. so just went on. kind of run out, but those few moves were minor. cruxy start for sure. so serene to have the sound of the waterfall in the back ground. just beautiful.
