About Flintstones:

The Flintstones are the large rocks visible from the top of Goat Rock down and to the west. However, the easiest way to access them is from below by walking west from the Castle Rock Falls Observation Platform on the Saratoga Gap Trail approximately .5 miles and then following a steep gulley that leads up to the Flintstone Cave across some intermediate ledges. There are TR anchors on top and at about mid-height in and near the Cave. A descent from Goat Rock is possible but inadvisable, unless you want to crawl on your hands and knees for a 1/4 mile through tar brush.
