Description:
A little unexciting climbing leads to an amazing chimney. Continue up, around a roof, and into the belay alcove. Let a slender climber take the next pitch; if the leader doesn't fit into the squeeze it could be bad. Finishes with a perfect 5.9 handcrack. One 60m rope will get you down.

Didn't use anything bigger than a #2 C4. The chimney is pretty solid and it would be hard for someone to actually fall in it. This thing was pretty sweet chimneying to a bomber 5.8 hand crack. Definately a good intro to Yosemite wide found on many longer routes. Roped solo.

ok..
the unprotected stretch of chim is a little intimidating... belay first pitch from two pitons inside the chim... can place .75 camalot to biffy up

i warmed up on this before doing outer limits... i got very warm but think outer limits was less challenging and would have been a better start to the day...
