West Face
About West Face:
From the parking lot on the north side of Hwy 120, 1/4 mile east of the Tuolumne Meadows Campground, you are looking at the West Face. The Water Cracks are the obvious grooves in the middle. These routes are portected primarily by bolts hand drilled on lead on the first ascent. They are trad routes, not sport routes, though some of them are pretty well protected. |
