Description:

Near the right side of the south face is a long obvious right facing dihedral system that reaches neither the ground or the top of the dome. 1) Short pitch, start up a brush covered ramp just right of the dihedral system and look for a bolt that protects a hard face move (5.11a) up and left to the base of the dihedral system. Belay on a ledge at the base of the dihedral -- 3.5-4 inch gear. 2) Climb the dihedral system (5.10c - crux near the bottom, thin gear) and watch for a bolted belay ledge about 20 feet to the right after 100 feet. 3) Traverse back left into the dihedral and follow it until it thins and peters out (RP's - 5.10a), then follow bolts up and left (5.11c) to a ledge. Step left clip a bolt and climb up into a right leaning crack-ramp system which is followed to the top.
