The Industrial Wall is an overhanging red cliff that forms the lower (south) face of the Mickey Mouse Wall. The wall is above the railroad tracks and beyond the fourth tunnel. Directions: The approach is now from Eldorado Springs instead of Plainview, the old approach followed the train tracks in to the climbs but crossed private property and MANY people were ticketed for trespassing, do not use this approach..the locals have been known to carry weapons and warn off climbers. The new directions are a little contrived but its never too hard to figure out where you are going. Park in the lot at the post office in Eldorado Springs, now head south past some old stone pillars and follow a trail up to an aqueduct. Follow it south to a dirt road, head up the dirt road a short ways and pick up another trail near the end of it. Follow this trail through meadows and pine tree forest to a shallow valley and up to a broad saddle. Continue west into a canyon and follow a faint trail up the steep slopes to the railroad tracks, follow them up to the Industrial Wall. The distance is about 2 miles each way and should be given about an hour to complete per way. Climb up the slabs and onto the “cat walk” to reach the upper climbs in the cave, a short traverse may be needed to reach certain routes.
