Description:
This is the short and steep ice fall to the left of the traditional start to Mickeys Big Mouth. In early season this is very difficult to climb and protect. There is a fixed knife-blade for an early season ascent and small aliens may also help. As the season wears on, short to medium screws will work. Difficulty early on WI4,M5? later on WI2-3. At the top of the buttress is a 2 bolt anchor w/ chains.Descent Options:
walk-off or rap from chains.
