Description:

Located about 100m north of the Wall of Winter Warmth in a cave-like cutout on the west side of North Gateway.

This area presents some of the Garden's best, and toughest, bouldering problems. These lines move up the increasingly overhanging walls at varying difficulties. To the left of the cave are two popular routes. Potholes(V1) Starts on the left side and pulls up larges huecos and the Blowouts traverse(V3) starts just left of the cave and traverses left to the ending hold on potholes. There are many hard problems to the right of the cave near the removed plaque.

4 out of 5 stars WOW

There is a little for everyone here. Heinous overhangs, big holes, little holes, no holes, smears, pockets, traverses, and you can go high

0 out of 5 stars Ascent Note

Did a few lines here, but don't know any "established" problems here so can't begin to rate them. Great, powerful moves on some seriously overhanging rock - plus it's pretty high too - definitely up there on the "Freaky Factor".
