Description:
Located on the Twin Spires between North and South Gateway rocks. The twin spires present a great endurance traverse that encircles the two spires. Can go both clockwise and counter-clockwise or work individual problems on the spires. The twin spires are surrounded on all sides by a sidewalk where gapers will typically stop and stare (at best) or ask a number of questions (at worst), so be prepared to be on display here. Area is also called "Center Stage" by the locals due to the amount of exposure and interest to the tourists (gapers).

Ascent Note
My favorite warm-up and cool-down in the Garden. I also just do laps on it for endurance work if I go alone. Personal record is 7 continuous laps around without setting foot on the ground. *Note to self, wear a camelback next time, gets pretty hot and thirsty up there and don't dare get down just for a drink.
