Description:
Start by climbing the south end slabs (5.3) to the large ledges and 4th class up to the center where a large tree is located. climb up the chimney to the left (5.5) up into a 4th class gully. Stay left and climb 100' to the keyhole (5.5). Belay at the keyhole and go direct up hand crack to the summit of South Kindergarten. Final pitch has several variations including a small overhang (5.5 - 5.9).Descent Options:
You can either rappel the east face over confusing terrain or 4th class down the center chimney and descend the ascent route. Route finding is a good skill to have on this descent. Or you can exit a hairy 5th class on the north ridge.

Great View!!
South slabs were easy but unprotected, fun 4th class to the keyhole and impressive view down! Loved the last pitch, great rock, best pitch in the park in my opinion. This is a great climb to practice alpine style route finding and climbing. Reminded me of some local 14rs, just warmer and sandstone.
