About Ute Pass Boulders:
| A group of boulders in an alpine setting. Road noise can be a little distracting, but it is usually quiet and cool here. |
| Nearest town or city: | Green Mountain Falls/Cascade |
| Directions: | Drive up Ute pass about 7 miles from Manitou Springs to the Waldo Canyon parking area. Walk across the highway(careful) to a dirt road. The water department owns the land but has not hassled climbers in the past, in fact they have talked to me and waved as they drive by. Up the dirt road a couple of hundred yards are some power lines, there are rocks along the lines to the west and more along road on the right and left as you hike farther. Explore, have fun, and don't disturb the area and maybe we can keep accessing it. |
