About Red Cliff - The Kluttergarden:
Great granite bouldering in the mountains. Beautiful problems. You could spend a lot of time here. |
Nearest town or city: | Vail |
Directions: | From I-70 or Vail, take highway 24 south to the small town of Red Cliff. After crossing the large green bridge there is a large pullout on the right where another road intersects. Park here and find the trail across the road. Hike up the trail/jeep road to the boulders. Another visual clue to the boulders' location are the powers lines run through the area. |
Latitude, Longitude: | |
Access Issues: | The actual property lines are a bit unclear as there is a mixture of private, town and USFS. Respect and leave no trace. People do camp but again it isn't clear how legal it is. |
